What to expect:-

01 Book a Discovery Call

An initial 15 minute call helps me understand the size and complexity of your project, the desired timeline, budget and set a date for the design consultation.

02 Design Consultation

This is a 90 minute on-site meeting where I get to understand your space, lifestyle, goals and what’s currently not working. 

03 Design Brief & Proposal

I’ll prepare a tailored design brief and service proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables and fees. Once approved, we move ahead with confidence and a shared understanding

04 Concept Design

Here’s where ideas begin to take shape. I’ll develop initial concepts including mood boards, inspiration imagery, and layout options to establish the look, feel and flow of the space. We’ll review and refine together.

05 Detailed Design & Specification

This is the deep dive. I’ll create detailed layouts, furniture plans, lighting proposals, and select finishes, fixtures, and fittings. You’ll receive a full specification and visualisations (where appropriate) to bring the design to life.

06 Procurement & Project Co-Ordination

With your approval, I’ll manage the procurement process, liaise with trades and suppliers, and ensure everything arrives on time and on budget. I’ll coordinate timelines, troubleshoot issues and keep everything on track.

07 Installation & Styling

The final layer. Once everything is in place, I’ll oversee the installation and add the finishing touches — arranging furniture, styling accessories and ensuring your space is polished, practical and ready to enjoy.

You’ll get my full attention for a day, working through your specific design goals, with updates and collaboration throughout. By the end of the day, you’ll walk away with a clear plan and a beautifully presented digital package that you can implement in your own time.
